Font sharing with service bureaus
From Wiki
When a design job is sent for layout to a service bureau it's almost certain that the service bureau will need the fonts involved in order to do its job. But considering the thousands of fonts in circulation it's unlikely that the service bureau will just happen to have licensed the fonts it needs for every job that comes through the door. And it's just as unlikely that they will be willing to buy licenses for every new font they come across, since chances are good they'll rarely, if ever, use it again.
The time-honored solution to this problem is for the client to "loan" the font to the service bureau even though in most cases this violates the EULA. In order to facilitate this process so that the client can get their job done and the service bureau can legally use the font temporarily some foundries have written a clause into their EULA that allows a service bureau to use a client's font only for the duration of the layout/setup job.
That clause is what this data point recognizes. If present the data point value is "yes". If absent the data point value is "no". If there are other conditions then the data point value is "see EULA".
